Kindermusik Imagine That: On the Road! Ages: 3-5 Child class with Parent-Child the last 15 minutes Sessions: 1st session: 5 45-minute, 2nd session: 4 60-minute classes Cost: $60+ $37 materials fee due to instructor the first day of class Time: F 11:30-12:15 & Sa 10:30-11:15 & evening TBD Dates: F 8/1 – 8/29 AND Sat 8/2 – 8/30 AND evening TBD Min/Max: 3/10 Instructor: Kretzer In On the Road, your summer vacation becomes a musical learning theme, and makes the most of a preschooler's burgeoning imagination and ability to learn more words and solve problems. Take imaginary trips to summer vacation locations such as the carnival, a summer cottage, and the beach. In the last 15 minutes parents come back for circle dances and learn more about how music improves a preschooler's ability to think, reason, create and express. Sessions: 10 Instructor: Kretzer Cost: $113 + $57 materials fee Time: 45 minutes, Days: Thursdays 5:30-6:15 & 6:30-7:15 AND Saturdays 12:30-1:15 Dates: Thurs. 4/17-6/19 & Sat: 4/19 – 6/21 Class size: 4min/10max (with caregiver/s) Description: Kindermusik International has been the world's leading publisher of music and movement curricula for 0-7 year-olds for almost 30 years. All classes are guided by a child development expert, who uses research-proven curricula that has been proven to boost your child’s physical, emotional, cognitive, social, musical, and language development. Parent education is a key component of the Kindermusik experience. We know you are your child’s most important teacher, so we provide you with research-based home materials to bring the learning and FUN home. In addition, “Foundation of Learning Statements” are shared in class, through a weekly e-mail, and through a monthly newsletter to help you help you help your child to reach their full potential! Come learn a few of Dr. Becky Bailey’s I Love You Rituals with your child and then go make your own! Your child will enjoy one of 15 Kindermusik classes in Toys I Make, Trips I Take, a class specifically designed for the 3-5 year-old child that will be offered this spring. Through songs, movement, ASL, finger plays, story time, instrument and parachute play, your child will have a blast! Snack, craft, and a Human Race Club educational G-rated movie will be shown.
